Key Responsibilities:

- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
- Teach Chemistry to students in grades 11 and 12, covering both theoretical and practical aspects.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create and maintain a positive and conducive classroom environment.
- Manage student behavior effectively and establish routines that support learning.
- Monitor student attendance and academic performance.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Prepare and administer assessments to evaluate student progress.
- Provide timely feedback and grades to students.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of student performance.
- **Laboratory Management**:

- Plan and conduct laboratory experiments and practical sessions.
- Ensure the safety and proper use of laboratory equipment and materials.
- Guide students in conducting experiments and recording observations.
- **Student Support**:

- Identify and support students with learning challenges.
- Provide additional assistance and mentorship to students as needed.
- Foster an inclusive classroom environment that respects diversity.
- **Professional Development**:

- Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.
- Stay updated with the latest educational methodologies and best practices in teaching Chemistry.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share resources and strategies.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and concerns.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings and other school events as required.
- Collaborate with school staff and administration to enhance the educational experience.

Qualifications:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) degree from a recognized institution.
- Certification as a PGT from a recognized board or educational authority.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of [1-2] years of teaching experience at the secondary or senior secondary level.
- Experience in teaching Chemistry is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
