**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Planning and Lesson Delivery**:

- Plan, design, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in Chemistry for classes 11 and 12.
- Develop lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and ensure comprehensive coverage of the curriculum.
- Teach theoretical concepts such as inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, physical chemistry, and analytical chemistry.
- Incorporate innovative teaching methods such as demonstrations, experiments, simulations, and multimedia resources to enhance student learning.
- **Practical Sessions and Laboratories**:

- Organize and supervise regular laboratory sessions to provide students with hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of Chemistry concepts.
- Ensure proper maintenance of laboratory equipment and safe handling of chemicals during experiments.
- Guide students through experiments, encouraging them to form hypotheses, collect data, and analyze results.
- Monitor students during practical work, ensuring safety standards and providing feedback on lab reports.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Regularly assess students’ understanding through written tests, quizzes, assignments, and laboratory work.
- Provide timely, constructive, and personalized feedback to help students improve their academic performance.
- Conduct revision sessions, mock tests, and practice papers to prepare students for board exams.
- Track and maintain accurate records of student progress and performance, addressing any learning gaps.
- **Student Engagement and Development**:

- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and active participation in class discussions.
- Support students in developing problem-solving and analytical skills necessary for understanding complex chemical principles.
- Identify students who need additional support and provide personalized assistance or recommend tutoring where necessary.
- Motivate students to develop a strong foundation in Chemistry, enabling them to pursue further education or careers in the sciences.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create and maintain a structured, disciplined, and engaging classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Set clear expectations for student behavior and academic performance.
- Promote respect, cooperation, and positive behavior both in the classroom and during laboratory work.
- **Parent and School Collaboration**:

- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, addressing any concerns or challenges.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings and provide updates on students’ achievements, areas of improvement, and suggestions for parental involvement.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school administrators to support the overall educational experience of students.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay current with the latest developments in Chemistry, teaching methodologies, and educational technology.
- Continuously enhance teaching techniques and integrate new tools and technologies to improve student learning outcomes.
- **Extra-Curricular Activities (Optional)**:

- Encourage students to participate in science fairs, Chemistry Olympiads, and other science-related competitions.
- Organize extracurricular activities such as chemistry club meetings, workshops, or educational field trips to broaden students’ perspectives on Chemistry.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
