Develop landscape plans, including plant selection, layout, and construction specifications, to meet client requirements and project goals.
Conduct site evaluations to assess soil conditions, climate, and other environmental factors to determine suitable plants and design solutions.
Attend client meetings and collaborate with landscape architects to develop design concepts and create detailed project plans.

**Plant and Garden Maintenance**:
Oversee the maintenance of plants, trees, and shrubs, including pruning, fertilizing, pest control, and disease management.
Implement irrigation systems and ensure proper watering schedules to maintain plant health and conserve water.
Provide recommendations for plant replacements or additions based on seasonal changes, growth patterns, or specific requirements.

**Project Management and Construction**:
Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper installation of hardscapes, irrigation systems, and other landscape features.
Monitor project progress, budget, and scheduling to ensure timely completion of landscaping projects.

**Client Relations and Consultation**:
Meet with clients to understand their landscaping needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
Offer expert advice on plant selection, garden design, and landscaping best practices.
Provide ongoing support, responding to client queries and addressing any concerns related to the landscaping projects.

**Industry Trends and Continuous Learning**:
Stay updated with the latest trends, innovations, and industry best practices in horticulture and landscaping.
Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance knowledge and skills in horticultural practices, plant identification, and sustainable landscaping.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience in horticultural design, plant selection, and landscaping practices.
Strong knowledge of plant identification, growth patterns, and maintenance techniques.
Proficient in CAD software, landscape design software, and other relevant tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Understanding of sustainable and environmentally-friendly horticultural practices.
Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
