Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a FinTech Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for selling and meeting corporate MSME lenders to promote and sell our innovative solutions for purchase invoices and bill discounting. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with potential clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential corporate MSME lenders to generate leads and sales opportunities.
- Conduct research to understand the needs and pain points of the target market.
- Present our FinTech solutions effectively to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value they can provide.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the target organizations.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions and exceptional customer experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competition to provide insights and recommendations for product development and sales improvement.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the banking or FinTech industry.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand complex financial concepts and effectively communicate them to clients.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of finance and banking operations.
