**Experience**: 5+ years in customer service (preferably in courier/logistics)
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **Corporate Customer Care Incharge** with experience in the **courier and logistics industry** to manage high-value corporate clients, ensure smooth shipment execution, and handle escalations. The role involves coordinating with operations, resolving service issues, and driving customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the **primary liaison for corporate clients**, ensuring smooth logistics & parcel delivery.
- **Monitor shipments**, resolve delays, and manage escalations with operations teams.
- Ensure **timely delivery and SLA compliance** to maintain service quality.
- Analyze **customer complaints & implement process improvements** in courier operations.
- Collaborate with **hub operations, billing, and sales teams** to enhance service.
- Train and guide the customer care team on best practices in the logistics sector.

**Key Skills**:
Strong **understanding of courier/logistics operations** & service standards
Proficiency in **CRM, shipment tracking, and reporting tools**
Excellent **communication, problem-solving & escalation handling**
Experience in **SLA & TAT management for bulk corporate shipments**
Customer-centric approach with strong negotiation skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
