**Responsibilities**:

- Work on multiple diverse projects of different verticals like SaaS, AI, NFTs, etc at a time.
- Interact with cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with a team of no-code developers, copywriters, and project managers to create great project outcomes.
- Scope, plan and lead UI/UX activities from initial requirements to the concept, interactions design, etc.
- Conduct Research, Create Moodboard, Wireframe, Plan interactions, Prepare Style guide and final UI design.
- Be involved in projects from start to finish - setting the direction and identifying and solving problems.
- Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, and trends in the mobile design field.
- Participate in shaping and growing UI/UX best practices at Mostli.

**Job Requirements**:

- Hands-on experience and proficiency in Wireframing, design, and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch (required), Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision Studio, Lottie animations and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong illustration, iconography, and mobile & website design ability with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- A strong believer in mobile-first and responsive design
- Good understanding of Graphic design, colors, and fonts.
- Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills & good command of written and spoken English
- Extensive portfolio of web-design projects.
- A quick learner. Should not hesitate to learn and use any tool.
- The ability to process feedback and quickly pivot design direction as needed.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
