_**Roles and Responsibilities**:_
- Work closely with the product and development teams to understand project requirements and create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Communicate ideas with project managers and clients using mock-ups, wireframes and prototypes of mobile apps and website
- Collaborate with the Tech/Development team to ensure design consistency and seamless implementation of UI/UX components.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement of the designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, best practices, tools, and technologies in the UI/UX domain.
- Create user-focused designs, understand business requirements and project goals
- Collect feedback from clients, project managers and adjust approach to cater to criteria
- Create visually appealing and creative UI design that connects to brand guidelines
- Be part of client meetings
- **Qualifications**:_
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, In Vision or similar software.
- Basic understanding of leading development technologies
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and design thinking process.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ideal person that brings fresh, innovative ideas to the table and can execute

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 18 months

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
