We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products. You should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in UI/UX design and a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to communicate design ideas and gather feedback.
- Design and refine user interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent and cohesive user experience across multiple platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven design decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies, and incorporate them into design processes.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, providing assets, specifications, and guidance as needed.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain design quality and consistency.
- Document design guidelines and maintain design systems to facilitate efficient and consistent design workflows.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously enhance your UI/UX design skills.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a fast-paced digital agency or technology company.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and demonstrating a solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design feasibility.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design processes and methodologies, including user research, persona creation, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with the capacity to balance user needs and business goals.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and designing for multiple devices and screen sizes.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is preferred.
