(Preferred Surat Local Candidates First) Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and client needs. Conduct user research to gather insights and understand user behavior, needs, and motivations. Design user-centered interfaces that reflect the client's brand identity and enhance user experience. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma to visualize design concepts and obtain feedback. Develop and implement UI components and interactions using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Optimize UI designs for performance, usability, and accessibility. Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and devices. Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually improve design capabilities. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with at least 1 year of experience. Proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles. Knowledge of UX/UI design principles, usability standards, and accessibility guidelines. Familiarity with user research methodologies and tools. Excellent creativity and problem-solving skills.
