As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts by engaging with potential customers and promoting our products/services through effective communication and relationship-building.

**Responsibilities**:
**Prospect Outreach**: Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry databases.

**Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.

**Consultative Selling**: Engage with leads in a consultative manner, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives, and aligning our solutions to address their specific requirements.

**Presentation**: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations via phone calls, webinars, and virtual meetings to showcase the value of our offerings.

**Qualification**: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to determine their suitability and potential as customers.

**Pipeline Management**: Manage and update lead information, interactions, and progress in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities.

**Sales Goals**: Work towards achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets and quotas on a monthly/quarterly basis.

**Negotiation**: Handle pricing negotiations and objections with the goal of converting leads into customers.

**Follow-Up**: Follow up with leads at various stages of the sales process, nurturing relationships and addressing any concerns or questions.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to align efforts, share insights, and contribute to overall sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in [relevant field] or related disciplines.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information, build rapport, and present persuasively.
- **Sales Acumen**: Basic understanding of sales principles, processes, and techniques.

- **Time Management**: Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- **Customer-Centric**: A customer-focused approach and genuine interest in solving customer problems through our offerings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
