**Recruitment Specialist - US Staffing.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Source profiles from various job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed and other social network sources.
- Headhunting, references, Social media recruiting, and internal database.

Partner with our onsite sales team in North America to understand the client’s needs and requirements
- Ability to prioritize multiple function and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
- Managing full-lifecycle of recruitment (full-time/permanent, contract) and hiring processes, sourcing (direct, indirect), pre-screening, interviewing, and reference checking.
- Utilize social media recruiting skills to market open positions, attract talent, and build online communities.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in International Voice Process/International BPO. Freshers/recent Graduates with strong communication skills would also be considered.
- Strong Eye for details to understand the role and Job Description.
- Go getter with street smart attitude.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Should be willing to learn New skills, technology and process.
- Negotiation & Convincing Skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Organization/Coordination Skills
- Relationship Management skills
- Learning Agility

**Salary**: ₹9,987.36 - ₹47,407.11 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

**Experience**:

- NON IT Recruiter: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- HITEC City, Hyderabad, Telangana: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
