**US Non IT Recruiter**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- 1- 5 years of US end-end recruiting experience, with a focus on Non-IT/ professional/ techno functional hiring.
- Proven technical recruiting skills with excellent record of recruiting and achievement of recruiting targets
- Traditional and Out of Box Recruiting Strategies to close positions as per Client needs.
- Good understanding of both domains based and technology based recruiting
- Ability to understand technical skills.
- Constant referrals and follow up with potential talent to place them for appropriate jobs with clients
- Excellent communicational skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be self-directed, ability to work independently, highly responsive, and detail oriented in completing assigned tasks
- Passionate and self-motivated with strong work ethics

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
