**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Identify, attract, and shortlist top IT talent through various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, etc.)
- Build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** in IT recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Strong technical understanding of various IT roles and technologies
- Experience with **contract, full-time, and C2C hiring** models is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
