**Responsibilities**:
Trade Execution: Assist traders in executing trades by inputting orders, verifying trade details, and ensuring timely execution.

Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, pricing information, and competitor analysis to support traders in making informed trading decisions.

Trade Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate trade records, contracts, and other relevant documents.

Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze trade data, market data, and financial information to generate reports and assist in decision-making.

Risk Management: Monitor trading positions, margin requirements, and compliance with risk limits, and escalate any potential risks or breaches to the appropriate personnel.

Communication: Coordinate with internal departments, external counterparties, and brokers to facilitate trade settlements, resolve trade-related issues, and ensure effective communication flow.

Trade Support: Provide general administrative support to the trading team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.

Trade System Support: Assist with the maintenance and troubleshooting of trade execution systems and other trading-related software tools.

Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards to ensure a high level of integrity and ethical conduct in all trade-related activities.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the trading operations and propose solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in a similar role within a trading environment, preferably in commodities, securities, or financial markets.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data and financial information.
- Familiarity with trade execution platforms and trading software is advantageous.
- Knowledge of risk management principles and regulatory requirements in trading operations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
