**We are Currently hiring for E-Commerce Executive, Catalogue Executive**

**Job Title**: E-Commerce Executive
**Location**: Chennai
**Industry**: Personal Care / Beauty / Haircare
**Experience Required**: 2-3 Years

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize product listings across major marketplaces including **Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Jio Mart**, and others.
- Execute marketplace campaigns and promotional strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and sales.
- Analyze platform performance and provide insights to enhance visibility and ROI.
- Monitor competition, pricing, and market trends regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, logistics) to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
- Implement A+ content, keyword optimization, and SEO best practices on all listings.
- Handle returns, disputes, and customer feedback in coordination with the customer service team.
- Maintain healthy relationships with account managers of each marketplace platform.

**Requirements**:

- **2-3 years** of hands-on experience in managing e-commerce operations on platforms like **Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Jio Mart**, etc.
- Proven track record in **promoting beauty/personal care/haircare** products online.
- Strong understanding of digital merchandising, PPC campaigns, and keyword analysis.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with D2C beauty brands.
- Familiarity with basic image editing or content creation tools.
- Prior relationships with category managers on major platforms.
