**Guest Relations**:

- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.

- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.

- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.

- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.

- Handle guest complaints and escalate issues as needed.

- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.

- Take and record booking details accurately.

*
- Assign rooms and provide keys to guests.

*
- Maintain accurate records of guest bookings and payments.

*
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.

*
- Process payments for hotel services.

*
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

*
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

*
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and other hotel departments.

*
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth hotel operations.

*
- May be required to prepare the hotel's self-serve continental breakfast area, provide guests with fresh towels and linens, and ensure the hotel lobby remains clean and orderly.

- May be responsible for managing conference room bookings and scheduling.

- May be required to enforce the hotel's rules and policies.

Skills and Qualities:

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software.
- Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Polite and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of local attractions and services

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,205.19 per month
