ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries via inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
- Investigate customer complaints and work towards resolving customer issues effectively
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Trainline services to customers
- Document customer interactions, including complaints, feedback, and resolutions
- Assist customers with ticket purchases and other transactions

Update customer accounts and maintain accurate customer records.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service and suggest innovative solutions
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns
- Adhere to customer service policies and procedures to deliver consistent and high-quality service

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of international customer service (BPO) experience
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome
- Ability to adapt to rotational shifts and work from the office

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
