**1. Overview and Objectives of the Position**:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
ii. Provide correct and appropriate information to prospective students regarding
Aviation Foundation Course start dates and Flight Line Courses in MiddleEast, Europe and Australia.
iii. Planning and recording agreed follow ups, as per the sales process.
iv. Following up leads to agreed timelines and develop bespoke packages for
interested prospects.
v. Transferring incoming stromg enquiries to sales team.
vi. Delivering exceptional customer liaison and relationship management
vii. Carrying out a variety of related basic administrative tasks.
**General**
viii. Attend online team meetings and share best practice with colleagues.
ix. Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times throughout all activities.
x. Contribute to the maintenance of client privacy by;
a. ensuring privacy regulations are understood and implemented
b. ensuring client records and personal information are stored securely according to regional privacy policy
xi. Contribute to the maintenance of a safe working environment by:
a. maintaining local workplaces that are safe and without risk to health;
**b. **ensuring relevant occupational health and safety regulations are complied
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
