**Job Title**: Interior Design Sales Executive
**Location**: Banjara hills, Hyderabad-500034 (Onsite)
**Experience**: 1-4 years in sales (interior design or home improvement industry preferred)
**Type**: Full-Time

At Kasa Design Studios, we transform spaces into timeless experiences. As a growing interior design and architecture studio, we are looking for a passionate Sales Executive who can translate client aspirations into projects while helping us grow our brand presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new leads through various channels - digital platforms, referrals, events, and direct outreach
- Qualify prospects, understand client requirements, and present tailored design solutions
- Collaborate closely with the design and execution teams to ensure accurate proposal delivery
- Guide clients through the design and sales journey - from inquiry to closure
- Follow up on leads, maintain strong client relationships, and build a loyal customer base
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Represent the brand professionally at exhibitions, meetings, and client walkthroughs

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in interior design, real estate, or home improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of design concepts and the ability to explain them to clients
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused

Bonus Points If You Have:

- A background in interior design or a strong aesthetic sense
- Experience working with homeowners, builders, or commercial clients

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
