Job summary

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee multiple construction projects from conception to completion.
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Develop project schedules, timelines, and budgets
- Communicate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Be the liaison between the project team and project clients throughout the project life cycle.
- Meeting with Client to access their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines.
- Monitor assigned project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion
- Prepare and submit project status reports to management and other stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or a related field
- Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts that may arise
- Ensure project safety and compliance with environmental regulations
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related materials
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure project success

**Construction Project Coordinator requirements and qualifications**
- Proven experience as a construction project coordinator or similar role
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
- Ability to plan and see the “big picture”
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- A team player with leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or a related field
- Project management certifications: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), project management professional (PMP) or similar
- Proven experience working on construction projects
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Experience in project management software
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Key Requirements
- **Experience**: 13 to 15 years of experience in project coordination within any PMC and Construction company, having experience in Residential & commercial project.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a related field.
- **Project management certifications**: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), project management professional (PMP) or similar
- **Project Management Skills**: Strong project management skills and experience with hybrid work environments.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
