Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities to achieve output, quality, and delivery targets.
- Allocate tasks to workers and operators based on production plans and priorities.
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Monitor process parameters and ensure adherence to manufacturing standards and specifications.
- Inspect in-process and finished products for quality compliance and coordinate with the quality team for approvals.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness on the shop floor as per company policies.
- Train and guide workers on work methods, machine operation, and safety practices.
- Coordinate with the design, procurement, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
- Maintain production records, daily reports, and update management on progress and challenges.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as Production Supervisor in fabrication, sheet metal, or equipment manufacturing industries (experience in dairy equipment manufacturing preferred).
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, welding, fabrication, and assembly.
- Familiarity with quality standards, safety protocols, and production planning.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficient in maintaining production documentation.
