Education Qualification
- B. Tech, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in propagating, cultivating, and harvesting horticultural specialties
- Instruct workers in duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Record information, such as production output, operating times, and labor costs
- Maintain quality control and production records
- Schedule work assignments and prepare work schedules
- Evaluate work performance, and recommend personnel actions, such as promotions, transfers, and dismissals
- Oversee maintenance of greenhouses and equipment
- Confer with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments
- Perform other duties as assigned

Skills Required
- Leadership, Organizational Skills, Problem-Solving Ability, Time Management, Communication, Experience in a production environment, Experience Managing workers, Knowledge of plant operations, Strong Communication Skills.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
