1. Responsible for efficiency and effectiveness of the line Ex.Light section, Heavy section, & CNC tension.

2. To ensure maintaining ISO 9001:2015 or IATF16949 and MACE Systems compliance with supervision.

3. 5S and standardization related to new component development.

4. Review the production reports on daily basis and fill up the OEE Sheet. Ensure machine downtime and rejections with corrective and preventive actions with evidences of the line.

5. Conduct SPC (Statistical Process Control) as per plan.

6. Responsible for Coiling till Dispatch.

7. Responsible for continuous improvement, Kaizen & Poka yoke in production process.
- Overall responsibility of Product Quality.

9. Housekeeping of Plant & implementation of 5S principles.
- Supervise and motivate a team of workers.
- Maintaining PPM of spring division as per customer requirements.

12. Fill up the work report at the end of the shift and handover the shift to the next reliever. Adjust the shift if someone is absent. Fill up the log book wherever required.
- Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
- Review operator performance and identify training needs.
- Control on Abnormal situation handling & 4 M change management with live documentation and objective evidence.
- Responsible for Product Safety Characteristics and Any CSR, QMS Compliance as per ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 & MACE Audit System. Responsible for Quality Policy and Quality Objective achievement and Continual improvements through KAIZENS, POKAYOKE etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
