**Opening for International Process in Kolkata (Saltlake Sector V) Voice_Outbound Calls**

Experience - (1-5) years

(International BPO Voice Experience Mandatory)

Education - Graduation or HS, English Background must.

**Skills**:1. Strong English Comprehension and Communication Skills (Written, Listening, and Oral)

**Skill Sets/Criteria Required**
- BPO International calling experience is a must
- US Healthcare knowledge is a must
- **A.R callers (Added Advantage)**:

- **US Insurance Eligibility & Benefit Verification knowledge (Added Advantage)**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in any of the above criteria preferred
- Exposure in handling w/ US & UK customers

~~ 5 days of working (Sat & Sun fixed off)

** Odd-hour transportation till the nodal point will be provided by the company.

** **Should be comfortable in night shift**
