Initiate outbound calls to prospective leads, providing information about BrightChamps EdTech Platform's demo classes.
- Handle inbound calls from individuals interested in our demo classes, addressing queries, and providing relevant details.
Lead Engagement:Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers through effective communication.Guide leads through the enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience.Demo Class Coordination:Schedule and coordinate demo classes for interested leads, aligning with their preferences and availability.Documentation:Maintain accurate and detailed records of lead interactions and progress through our CRM system.Document feedback and any special requirements expressed by leads during the onboarding process.Collaboration:Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion and customer satisfaction.Provide insights and feedback from lead interactions to improve our processes.Qualifications and skills:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
Shift details - 6 days working, 1 day rotational offShift timings - Night shift (10PM to 7 AM)Notice Period
- Immediate joinerCTC: 18-20 K/monthLocation: WFO (HSR Layout, Banglore)Interview type - 1 audio video virtual interview rounds

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
