Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic interns to join our growth team as Growth Interns. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to Flutch's services and assisting the sales team in generating qualified leads.

This internship offers hands-on learning in sales development and client engagement. Outstanding performers will be offered a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) to join Flutch full-time after successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads from our database.
  • Introduce Flutch Technology's services in a clear and engaging way.
  • Qualify leads based on simple pre-defined criteria.
  • Schedule meetings for the Growth team.
  • Maintain basic records of calls and follow-ups.

What We're Looking For

  • Fresh graduates (any stream) or final-year students.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Confidence in talking to people over the phone.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.
