**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training Development**:

- Design and create training programs and materials specific to insurance and stock broking processes.
- Update training content based on changes in regulations, policies, and best practices in the industry.

**Training Delivery**:

- Conduct training sessions (both classroom and virtual) for new hires, existing employees, and management.
- Use engaging and interactive training techniques to facilitate learning and retention of information.

**Performance Assessment**:

- Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, feedback, and monitoring.
- Provide constructive feedback to participants and suggest areas for improvement.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with departmental heads to identify training needs and develop targeted training solutions.
- Work closely with HR and management to address performance gaps and develop career advancement training programs.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance data for reporting purposes.
- Prepare and present reports on training effectiveness and employee progress to management.
- **Stay Current**:

- Keep abreast of the latest developments in the insurance and stock broking sectors, including regulatory changes and market trends.
- Attend relevant training workshops and conferences to enhance knowledge and skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- [2-5] years of experience in training, preferably in the insurance or stock broking industries.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, stock broking processes, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate trainees and adapt training methods to various learning styles.
- Proficient in using training software and tools, including Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Pay: ₹260,652.76 - ₹726,823.52 per year

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Quarterly bonus
