We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team in the travel and tourism industry. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients. Your focus will be on ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and engagement, helping us drive business growth and retain loyal clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, issues, and requests with professionalism.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement, implementing proactive strategies to address concerns.
- Coordinate and oversee client-related events, activities, and services to enhance the client experience.
- Analyze client feedback and provide actionable insights to improve services and offerings.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to offer effective solutions.
- Build new client relationships by identifying business opportunities and understanding client requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 5+ years of experience in client relations, preferably in the travel and tourism sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player with a client-first attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel, as required, to meet clients.
