Delberto is India’s first SaaS-based dropshipping platform focused on empowering small businesses, artisans, and entrepreneurs to build their own online stores without upfront inventory or logistics headaches. Through our **Bespokify** model, we enable personalized brand-building and selling on major marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart.

**Role Summary**:
We are seeking motivated **Call Center Agents** to support our sellers, influencers, and partners through onboarding, issue resolution, and product-related queries. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and basic tech-savviness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential sellers, influencers, or small businesses to explain Delberto’s benefits and guide them through the registration process.
- Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp chats regarding onboarding, catalog listing, packaging, payment issues, etc.
- Assist users with step-by-step guidance on product uploads, personalization options, and Bespokify service queries.
- Maintain accurate call logs, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
- Escalate complex technical or policy issues to the concerned internal team.
- Share product/service updates, success stories, or case studies to encourage seller participation.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a telesales, customer support, or inbound/outbound call center role.
- Fluency in **Hindi and English** (other regional languages are a plus).
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of eCommerce or experience with sellers (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) is a plus.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, basic CRM tools, and WhatsApp Web.

- Self-motivated with the ability to meet daily call and conversion targets
- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments

**Compensation**:

- Fixed salary + Performance incentives
- Daily/weekly target bonuses

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
