- 1.Sourcing / Acquisition of Gold loan customers, NTB as well as existing customer id’s Networking
- and driving business with all sourcing channels in the branch to provide leads.
- 2.( CBE / Branch banking / Asset RMs) Micro marketing activities at potential locations in the
- catchment area of the branch.
- 3. Doing end to end operations involved in the disbursal of the loan.
- 4. ( explaining the product, filling of form, valuation, sealing of packet, sending approvals, resolving
- queries, sending forms to NPC, resolving discrepancies, renewals etc)
- 5. Customer service pre and post sales.
- 6. Support collection RMs in resolving bucket and POT NPA cases.- Role:_BD / Pre Sales - Other
