We are seeking a dynamic and creative professional to join our team in the role of Graphic Designer. This multifaceted position is responsible for crafting brand concepts and translating them into visually captivating design elements that resonate with the brand’s positioning.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Market and Competitor Research**
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior.
- Gather insights from both qualitative and quantitative data to support brand strategy development.
- Create detailed market research presentations and reports
**Content Strategy and Copywriting**
- Assist in developing content strategies that align with brand goals and target audiences.
- Write and edit clear, compelling copy for marketing materials, presentations, and brand communications.
**Presentation Development**
- Prepare and design presentations to communicate research findings, strategic recommendations, and creative concepts to internal teams and clients.
- Make presentations and collaborate with creative teams to ensure they are visually compelling and aligned with brand direction.
**Internal Project Management**
- Manage internal branding projects, ensuring timely execution and collaboration between different departments.
- Coordinate meetings, track project progress, and maintain timelines and deliverables.
**Brand Strategy Support**
- Assist creative director and c-suite team in the development of comprehensive brand strategies that drive growth and enhance brand equity.
- Provide support in ideation sessions, workshops, and strategic planning activities.
- Manage workshops and internal requirement elicitation briefs
**Client and Stakeholder Coordination**
- Maintain communication with clients and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, update project status, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
**Qualifications**
- Masters and/or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and video editing work
- Proven experience in conducting market research, developing content strategies, and writing cop
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and extract actionable insights
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A keen eye for design aesthetics and a strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in creating and delivering presentations, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to create compelling and strategic content that aligns with brand objectives
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in research, presentation, and written content
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to changing priorities
This is a high visibility and impact role with direct interaction with the founding team on a daily basis. There's direct mentoring, strategic and tactical assignments, and an opportunity to find your strengths as a specialist or grow via a generalist route.
