**Job Title**: Sales Coordinator

**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year in Sales Coordination / Inside Sales / Sales Support

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team with daily operations, including preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
- Coordinate with customers for order processing, delivery updates, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales trackers, and reports.
- Support sales executives in scheduling meetings, calls, and client follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, logistics, operations) for smooth order execution.
- Prepare MIS reports, sales performance summaries, and monthly/quarterly sales data.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic product/service information.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up to support the sales cycle.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (Commerce / Business Administration / Marketing preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Coordinator / Sales Support / Customer Service.
- Good communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes, quotations, and customer handling.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with CRM or ERP software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and customer-centric approach.

Pay: ₹14,604.01 - ₹20,538.61 per month
