Requisites:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience: 1–3 years in sales coordination or a similar role (freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and email drafting
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Good presentation and reporting skills
  • Positive attitude, team player, and customer-focused mindset

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively
  • Draft and send professional business emails for sales communication
  • Assist in lead generation through research, calls, and online platforms
  • Schedule and conduct follow-ups with clients to maintain engagement
  • Coordinate with the sales team to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review
  • Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams
  • Support in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and customer visits
  • Track sales performance against targets and provide regular updates
