**Sales Executive - DISPATCH CORDINATION AND SALES ORDER BOOKING**
Sales order booking and Co-ordination with Marketing Executive
Give Quotations - Preparing Proforma Invoice
Dispatch coordination overall (MEC, dispatch team, QC & production)
Dispatch planning
Collaborates with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and
delivery.
Ensures Order Booking for Marketing Team in SAP.
Ensure all sales-related documentation is properly filed, organized, and easily accessible
Collaborate with the Marketing team and other internal departments to provide timely support and address inquiries effectively
Generate sales reports and performance metrics as required from SAP
Provides administrative support to the Marketing team, including scheduling meetings
preparing presentations, and managing calendars.
Ensure smooth communication and coordination to facilitate the sales process.
Maintains and updates customer databases and sales records, ensuring accuracy and
completeness.
Ensures all sales-related documentation is properly filed, organized, and easily accessible
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
