**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1) Review and analyze RFQs, tender documents, and project requirements related to utility systems in HVAC cleanroom environments.

2) Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and technical proposals for utility services such as compressed air, chilled water systems, process vacuum, steam, hot water, etc.

3) Coordinate with the engineering, procurement, and design teams to ensure accurate and competitive project proposals.

4) Engage in pre-bid meetings, client site visits, and technical discussions for requirement gathering and clarification.

5) Ensure all estimations comply with industry standards, safety norms, and client specifications.

6) Maintain updated knowledge of market rates, material specifications, and vendor capabilities for utility components and systems.

7) Support the sales team with technical presentations and commercial negotiations.

**Qualifications**:
**Educational Qualification**:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.

**Experience**:

- 2-5 years of relevant experience in utility estimation in HVAC/cleanroom or pharmaceutical projects.

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of utility systems and their role in HVAC and cleanroom environments.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and estimation tools.
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, layout drawings, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with relevant standards such as ISHRAE, ASHRAE, CGMP, WHO, and FDA.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time and multiple projects effectively.
- Team player with a customer-oriented approach.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare utility design and estimation.
- Familiarity with international cleanroom and utility standards (GMP, ISO, ASHRAE, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in project costing, vendor negotiation, and technical documentation.
