**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1) Review project specifications and client requirements for HVAC cleanroom projects.

2) Prepare accurate technical and commercial estimates, costing sheets, and BOQs.

3) Coordinate with the design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy of estimations.

4) Assist the sales team with technical support, presentations, and proposal submissions.

5) Understand regulatory requirements for cleanroom design (e.g., ISO, GMP) and ensure compliance in all estimations.

6) Conduct site visits for technical assessment and pre-bid evaluations when necessary.

7) Analyze and compare vendor quotations to ensure cost-effective solutions.

8) Build and maintain strong client relationships for business development and repeat orders.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- **Experience**:

- 3-6 years of experience in HVAC estimation and sales, preferably in cleanroom, pharmaceutical, or biotech environments.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of HVAC and Cleanroom system design.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Familiarity with costing of HVAC components: AHUs, ducting, chillers, filters, etc.
- Advanced MS Excel and basic AutoCAD knowledge.
- Understanding of ISO 14644, GMP, and cleanroom classification standards.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Organized, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
- **Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working in pharmaceutical or biotech HVAC projects.
- Familiarity with tendering processes and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of AHU selection, duct design, and cleanroom component integration.
