Designation: Sales And Estimation
- Job location: Mumbai (Will have to travel Pan India)
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client referrals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
- Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance sales efforts.

Estimation:

- Review project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure accurate pricing.
- Identify labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, specifications, and related documents.
- Prepare bid packages and ensure all required information is included.
- Review supplier and subcontractor quotes for accuracy and competitiveness.
- Ensure all estimates meet project timelines and customer expectations.
- Assist in negotiations with clients and vendors during the pre-construction phase.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and estimation, preferably in [industry].
- Proven experience in generating business and building client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation methods and tools.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
