As an Administration/Sales Executive at Shivtech, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative and sales functions. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Invoicing**: Prepare and send invoices accurately and in a timely manner to clients.

**RFQ Management**: Send Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to vendors and maintain effective communication with them.

**Quoting**: Provide clients with accurate quotes for our products and services.

**Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

**Billing Software**: Utilize the company's billing software to manage invoices, quotes, and client information effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in administration and sales roles, ideally within a related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and maintain client satisfaction.
