**Job Description**:
**The opening is with a leading Construction company for their office in Mumbai**

**Role : Marketing Communications**

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Assist in conceptualizing, planning, and designing innovative communication strategies** to generate desired resonance across potential market segments.
- Create content and ensure that the tonality is always in accord with brand positioning.
- ** Copywriting social media posts, opinion pieces and web content.**:

- ** Implement strategies and campaigns **to generate leads for different services.
- Assist with proposal design, qualifications packages, and pursuit presentations as required.
- Create & update external marketing collaterals including brochures, sales documents, flyers, leave-behinds, etc.
- **Work closely with the SMEs** to develop content for a wide range of channels, including press releases, social media, and website.
- Regularly liaison with key internal stakeholders in India to identify strategic content and messaging (project wins, milestones, achievements, initiatives, awards etc.)
- ** Perform market research **and assist in creating white paper, fact file and other correspondences as per the opportunity.
- Identify suitable PR opportunities in mainlines and B2B magazines, focus on earned media coverage.
- ** Preparing and editing organizational publications**, including newsletters, employee campaigns for internal audiences.
- Responsible for maintenance of the app and provide timely reports to the management.
- ** In-charge of company led CSR, events, and its promotion.**:

- Undertake **branding and redesigning** of marketing collaterals.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- ** Minimum 5 years experience in B2B marketing** with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results.
- Excellent communication skills strong written and oral communication skills
- Proven track record of **managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis**:

- Proficient computer skills in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
