- **Accounts Executive & Accounts Manager**for our Multiple Clients for
- **Mumbai**location.Location
- **Andheri, Grant Road, Charni Road, Nariman Point, Marol, Chakala**

This openings are for
- **Corporate (3 Openings) and CA firms (5 Openings)**

**Accounts Executive**
- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
- Raise & Process invoices from time to time
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Follow up for outstanding payments
- Update internal systems with financial data
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements
- Knowledge of GST, TDS
- Track bank deposits and payments
- Assist with budget preparation
- Participate in financial audits
- Review and implement financial policies

**Accounts Manager**
**- Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
- Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
- Managing all statutory compliances including TDS, GST, PF, ESI, RBI, ROC etc.
- Reporting and accounting as per regulatory and legal requirements including taxation
- Direct & Indirect Taxation
- Provide Innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns
- Coordinating with CA for Company’s IT filing
- Manage the Accounts & ITR Filing of all the Directors and Associates
- Scrutinize ledgers to ensure creativeness of transactions
- Coordination with accounting team
- Coordination with company secretary for board meetings, ROC etc
- Knowledge to Tally ERP
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit
