Job Description Urgent opening for the profile of Admin Executive at Location Ghansoli, Navi mumbai About Company: Our client in to textile testing laboratory (MNC company) Position - Admin Executive. Location Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai (pickup and drop available from rabale station to office) Salary 3.5 to 4 LPA (Need immediately joiner) 6 days working Candidates Must Have SAP Experience - Good communication skills - Locations- Navi Mumbai - Below JD for your easy reference Job Profile Job Tasks and Business Decisions 1 Check all incoming / outgoing materials and elaborate additional instructions to laboratory. 2 Contact vendors / external agencies for any discrepancies / queries. 3 Attend vendor Phone calls Emails. 4 Coordinate with branches where required. 5 Well versed in SAP and accuracy. 6 Handle all Admin related functions. 7 Contacting vendors and generating required information and quotations. 8 Collect Quotations from vendors (at least 2-3) for any job work, contract, AMC for new or renewal of any assignment 9 Compile the quotation data for comparatives based on the negotiation for discounts. Forwarding Vendor details along with quotation for approval on the basis of quality delivery of services 10 Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of product collection of invoices coordinate with accounts team for the payment process. 11 File all quotations, all approval related communications along with the Quotations, comparative approvals. Copies of Bills Receipts of payments as per guidelines of ISO documentation process. 12 Prepare monthly report for all activities related to Material Purchase, Stock Billings.
