Executive - Statutory Audit· Statutory Audits: Small & Medium Sized entities. Knowledge about listed entities audit will be added advantage.· Compliance Management: working knowledge of Company law, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Customs laws, Labour laws, FEMA & RBI compliance.· Should have handled IND AS assignments and Statutory audits of IND AS compliant entities.· Good grasp of IND AS , AS and Standards of Auditing.· Assignment management and Deliverable: Take responsibility for ensuring timely and high-quality deliverable. Manage multiple Audits while prioritizing tasks and maintaining the highest standards of work.· Team Management and Development: Monitor the work of the team, providing guidance and support as needed.
