Commission Agent for Admission

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated Commission Agent to promote and increase student enrollments at our college. As a Commission Agent, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting potential students, providing them with accurate and relevant information about the college and its programs, and guiding them through the admissions process. You will be compensated through a commission-based payment structure, which will be determined based on the number of students you successfully enroll.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate leads for potential students through various channels such as personal networks, online platforms, and direct outreach.
- Respond to student inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and up-to-date information about the college's programs, admission requirements, and student services.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and their families, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing personalized guidance throughout the admissions process.
- Meet or exceed enrollment targets, working with the college's admissions team to ensure that all leads are properly tracked and that accurate data is maintained.
- Participate in promotional events, such as college fairs and recruitment drives, to attract potential students and promote the college's brand.
- Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in student recruitment, admissions, and enrollment management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the education industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with students and families.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
