Job Title: Marketing Executive - Educational Sector

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team and senior management to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the institution's goals and objectives.

Brand Promotion: Work to enhance the institution's brand image, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

Event Coordination: Plan and organize both online and offline events, such as webinars, workshops, seminars, and open houses, to showcase the institution's offerings.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas of growth, and integrate findings into marketing strategies.

Lead Generation: Collaborate with admissions teams to develop lead generation strategies and nurture leads through effective follow-up communications.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with educational partners, industry stakeholders, and relevant communities to enhance the institution's network and reach.

Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources for different campaigns and activities to achieve maximum ROI.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience (1-2 years) in marketing, preferably within the educational sector.

Strong understanding.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Passion for education and a genuine interest in promoting learning opportunities.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
