- Conduct counseling sessions with students and parents to understand their goals and aspirations
- Provide information about different career paths, college programs, and admission requirements
- Help students develop study plans and time management skills
- Organize and facilitate workshops and seminars for students and parents
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about educational trends and changes in admission requirements

**Assistant Professor Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, (Psychology,)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in counseling, preferably in an educational setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
