**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective students to the college.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to identify target markets and develop campaigns to reach them.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events, such as college fairs, school visits, and campus tours.
- Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, community organizations, and other potential sources of students.
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in higher education marketing.
- Prepare reports on marketing activities and results for management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in higher education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
