We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative to handle various administrative tasks. This role is essential for maintaining smooth office operations and ensuring effective communication within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Qualifications:
ANY GRADUATE (Expert in MS Office)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain organised filing systems and databases, both digital and physical.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting.
Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
Support special projects and perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,727.07 per month
