We are a prominent importer, trader, and manufacturer specializing in rubber raw materials and products. Headquartered in Gurgaon, we operate across multiple facilities located in Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, and Bhiwadi.
**Responsibilities/Tasks**
- Organize and manage all administrative and clerical tasks within the organization.
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and documents for management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Take efficient notes of all details (Minutes of Meeting)
- Maintain confidential files and records systematically and securely for easy access.
- Develop and implement SOPs using Excel and other software, overseeing compliance and reviewing records.
- Present monthly summary reports to management and propose effective solutions.
- Assist in drafting and proofreading communications on behalf of executives.
- Negotiate with vendors and analyse quotations for cost-effective purchasing.
- Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance trackers using Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Support executives and team members on various projects by conducting research and coordinating activities.
- Implement systems for daily administrative and warehouse operations.
- Improve reporting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Accounts Department and Factory Management to prioritise projects.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as directed by management.
- Preparation of tender docs and maintaining the records for analysis.
- Recording and maintaining daily attendance reports, salaries and related docs.
- Visiting factory premises to coordinate with staff and implementing processes.
- HR work
- of hiring employee - end to end management - screening resumes conducting tests, documents preparations and onboarding process.
- All MIS work.
**Qualifications and Requirement**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a office admin Manager/MIS/HR or in a similar administrative role (more than 2 years).
- Grades in 10th, 12th and Bachelors
- should be above 70%.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage schedules and priorities effectively.
- Strong proficiency in English - writing, speaking and reading
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and proactively manage tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-driven, self-motivated, and a fast learner.
- Reliable, proactive, and flexible.
- Tech-savvy and up-to-date with technology and IT.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, prioritize, and follow through on tasks to meet deadlines.
- Should have basic knowledge and experience in accounts field.
- Attention to detailing of the work.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
