As an Interior and Carpentry company dedicated to fulfilling our customers' desires, we specialize in crafting captivating designs, ranging from intricate interior concepts to extensive commercial ventures. We are seeking individuals with a keen eye for design and a knack for customer interaction. Whether you're passionate about revamping rooms or skilled in sealing deals, we have opportunities available for you. Our positions offer the flexibility of one, two, three, or five-year work visas based in the UK.

As a member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding customers through the design, material selection, and implementation of their dream interiors, including wardrobes, kitchen fittings, media walls, and more.
In addition, we offer comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for success. Prior to commencing your role, you'll undergo a one-week intensive training program. We'll also collaborate with you to determine your base location within the UK.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and purchases. This is a dynamic position that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
**Duties**:
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and order tracking
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding product availability, pricing, and promotions
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Process customer returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
**Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required
