**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for tasks such as new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. The role involves fostering relationships with potential clients, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Business Development Executive will contribute to driving business results and leveraging expertise to benefit both small and large companies.

**Qualifications**
- New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Account Management skills
- Strong business acumen and communication skills
- Ability to foster relationships and effectively communicate with clients
- Experience in driving business growth and identifying opportunities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to work in a team and independently
- Prior experience in the digital design and marketing industry is beneficial
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- **Able to connect with businesses, create proposals and optimize proposals in order to achieve deals on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
